JOY 06:03
The world was waiting, anticipating the hope that's found in the love of our Savior Heaven is falling, Your kingdom's coming Its humble King was born in a Manger Hallelujah, Christ is born Hallelujah, our hope restored! Joy! Joy! The Lord has come and forever He shall reign Joy! Joy! He is God with us and forever we'll sing his praise The world was quiet, so expectant to receive the gift, the light of the world And in the silence, Your love has spoken the Word of Life has come for us all Jesus Christ is born to us Behold Him, God's own Son Rejoice in the Savior's love For our Victory has come!

about

Enjoy this original Christmas song from Ekklesia Music!

In the craziness of life and even specifically in the holiday season, things can get very difficult for a lot of people who have a hard time feeling joy when broken family situations arise again during the holidays, or when different situations in life simply become overwhelming. But as Christians, we can find hope in these times of despair because we have a Savior who is Emmanuel, or "God With Us". He came in the form of a baby and experienced pain just like we experience pain but he experienced much more than we can even imagine. This baby is the same man who took on our sin and the sin of the entire world as He went to the cross, and conquered death and sin and pain as he was resurrected, and we are offered this same victory over the tragedies in our own life, that in the hope of the cross we can find freedom. Because of this we can sing "Joy!" during this Christmas season because we know it is the celebration of our God coming to save us!

---

And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with great fear. And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
